Being interested in technology and the internet it seemed logical for me to dabble in the creation of a website. Like being asked to tell someone a joke you need some inspiration. |

Shortly after moving into a new apartment in Dublin in 2005 I found a frustration in not having details about what was happening in the locality. Indeed what services or answers to common issues might be. I concluded very quickly that others moving in were having the same problems. So a community website idea was hatched and provided me with vast subject content to learn about website development. (aprox. 390 site members) |
A former work associate who started working independently needed the option to have independent e-mail and possibly a web-site when more established. I assisted in registering their domain and have since established and hosted their e-mail traffic. |
These sites which I had developed, modified, designed and implemented are using open source technologies such as PHP / SQL / Apache, etc. Each of the Rathborne site’s core functions are derived from original versions of:- PHP-Nuke (v7.9) www.phpnuke.org , OsTicket (v1.6 ) www.osticket.com, and Joomla (v1.5) www.joomla.org |
A work in progress this electronic e-ticketing system is being considered to manage, track and co-ordinate repair request etc within the same development in Dublin where apartment is located. |

SkiOUT is a small club of regular ski & snowboarders based out of the Vancouver & Whistler area brining a touch of rainbow to the slopes. They have an significant extended membership that joins them on occasions when visiting BC or just following regular e-mail newsletters. The club needed a new a more functional website allowing for flexibility and ease of updates. Having become hooked on boarding and in helping them out I developed their new site.
